Why We Did This
The Bentley sits near Mapleton Golf Club — five bedrooms, six baths, and over 8,000 square feet of luxury living. It's the kind of house that takes a full trade workforce to build, and that workforce doesn't happen without people choosing it as a career.
So instead of a private showing, we opened The Bentley to the public for a single day. Every ticket and every sponsorship dollar went straight to funding trades scholarships and workforce programs — the exact pipeline that keeps skilled trades staffed in this city.

Building Dreams Event
Home Builders Care Foundation trains the next generation of skilled trades professionals through scholarships, workforce development, and educational partnerships across the Sioux Falls area. This was the first event in their Building Dream series, and Atlas is proud to have been the first home.
